The show could have a main sponsor and then each episodes could have a "brought to you by" that is displayed under the title.
I also played around with different navigation systems but I keep coming back to the thumbnails so I am going to stick with it.

The background looks nice and cool in grey. However, it might be too "depressing". (Just like the Emily Carr building. Everything is so grey. Making me feel so depressed, not willing to go to school.) Perhaps adding a subtle exciting colour (like red, yellow, or light green) will make it "happier". Travelling should be happy, right? :)
The layout is much cleaner than last time and I like it. I would say the nevigation bar is still too large (personal preference). I think it can be as small as just being visible (but not legible). When mouse-over, it becomes big, just like the Mac nevigation bar.
